Trinny London is looking to hire a VP/SVP Marketing who will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives and business operations of the beauty brand in the US. •This role is pivotal in shaping and communicating our brand identity, overseeing brand strategy and ensuring consistent and impactful brand experiences across all touchpoints. •Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic marketing plans, driving brand growth and managing budget. •The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the beauty industry, a self-starter (ideally with start-up experience), and a proven track record of driving brand success. •Welcome to Trinny London! Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we're only just getting started. •Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines. •We have achieved tremendous growth since 2017 and we’re proud to be one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands. •We’re generating millions of sales by developing innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth. •We live by three core values: we bring fearless passion, we act with smart intent and we all wear yellow together. •We always go the extra mile, working together to push boundaries and celebrate our wins and learnings as a team. •We listen to every idea, big or small, and make considered decisions. •We support each other to achieve our goals and thrive on collaboration. •The Role: Craft and refine the US strategy for the Trinny London brand, Function as key point of contact and conduit between UK office and US team/US agencies, Protect the brand integrity and act as the US gatekeeper for on-brand activations from agencies and partners which requires a deep understanding of the Trinny London brand, Plan, execute, and manage marketing calendar and marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, PR, creatives and traditional media with support of the global team, Manage the PR agency in the US in partnership of the global comms team, Identify target customer, customer cohorts, and new white space customer segments for the brand, Partner with agencies and UK global team to oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content that resonates with the US audience, including digital, social, ad and promotional content, Ongoing thought partnership on the overall go-to-market strategy, pivoting as necessary to align with brand objective, Identify opportunities for partnerships with key, like-minded thought leaders, influencers and brands that will be mutually beneficial, Write/edit US marketing materials across social, press, digital, etc. in support of the global team US market advisement on market data, retailer news, industry and category activities for Trinny London’s competitive and beauty category, Partner with finance to manage US marketing and sales budget, Oversee execution and attend Trinny Woodall press appearance, interviews and events in partnership with the US PR agency, Collaborate with Trinny’s assistant in the US to execute day-to-day E-commerce and digital marketing, Partner with the E-comm team in the UK on digital plans to best serve the US sales goals, Partner with the performance marketing agency on ad strategy, plans, content and results. Analyse results and update/change as needed, Partner with the UK social team on US strategy, Retail Setup/Marketing, Partner with CEO and retail broker to identify location for 1st store for Trinny London in the US, Work closely with architects, contractors, Trinny Woodall, legal, etc on execution of retail store, Close collaboration with Global sales and education team, Flexibility on the ever-changing goals and opportunity to adjust scope.

Requirements

•Marketing leadership role in the beauty industry with experience managing team •Proven track record achieving and exceeding sales targets & driving revenue growth •Strong understanding of the beauty and skincare market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills •Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change •Strong understanding of performance, brand and retail marketing •Social media and influencer marketing experience. Understanding of TikTok Shop a plus •Senior leader, founder-led business experience a plus •High growth or start-up experience preferred •Relationships with key beauty retailers such as Sephora and ULTA a plus •Results-oriented, self-starter with strategic agility and strong business acumen •Ability to see the big picture while paying close attention to the details
