• Demonstrated years of experience in B2B marketing with a growth company, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record in driving successful performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment. • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools. • Strong background in data analytics, including experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or other BI platforms. • Deep understanding of sales funnels, demand generation, and marketing attribution models. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align marketing strategies with business goals. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and grow teams. • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and data-driven decision-making.
