β’ Lead revenue operations strategy and manage a growing team in ecomOS. β’ Optimize Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success efforts for revenue growth. β’ Manage RevOps functions including attribution, lifecycle marketing, and Hubspot infrastructure. β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams for Product-Led Growth initiatives. β’ Foster an environment of growth and mentorship within the Revenue Operations team.
β’ 5+ years in Revenue Operations, within a SaaS company, preferably with experience in eCommerce. β’ Advanced proficiency with Hubspot and experience with other revenue tools (e.g., Gong, Chili Piper, Intercom); familiarity with GA4, SQL, and/or Python is a plus. β’ 3+ years experience managing a revops team. Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, build alignment, and influence stakeholders at all levels. β’ Proven track record of developing and optimizing attribution models, full-funnel reporting, and data-driven decision-making. β’ Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
