• Implement Tropic's platform for long-term customer success • Lead best practices for swift time-to-value • Provide consultative guidance on operational purchasing workflows • Create implementation content for customer learnings • Spot inefficiencies and propose solutions

Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience in business consulting, business transformation, or implementation at a consultancy or B2B SaaS company • Strong consultative and advisory skills - you are persuasive and put forth digestible and accurate recommendations to improve customer outcomes • Have successfully deployed and launched software solutions into organizations where success is based on time-to-value adoption, and/or revenue retention • Experience leading change management efforts for small to large scale organizations • Strong project management skills - you can fearlessly hold customers accountable to action items and deliverables • Hungry to stay up to date on an evolving product, and propose updates to onboarding practices to support the adoption of the newest releases
