Description

• Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns. • Ensure robust SEO strategies for our website. • Analyze performance data to drive actionable insights. • Own the strategy, design, and execution of campaigns across platforms. • Develop KPIs and provide regular performance reports. • Conduct regular SEO audits to ensure high search engine rankings. • Design engaging visuals and ad creatives aligned with the brand’s messaging. • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications to build a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or related field. • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of running successful social media ad campaigns. • Expert knowledge of paid social platforms and advertising tools. • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization. • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Skills in graphic design and video creation/editing (preferred). • Familiarity with product engineering processes (preferred). • Experience working in a hybrid team environment (preferred). • Understanding of Genius Monkey, Semrush, and HubSpot (preferred).
