Description

• Manage an assigned customer account base, as well as, a set of new customer accounts as the new business Account Executive team acquires them. • Account Managers have an outcome-based/consultative methodology while working with customers. • Diagnose and fully understand the customers’ business needs as you develop multiple relationships across the customers' organization. • A clear understanding of all TrustArc services and business benefits, with in-depth understanding of the TrustArc solutions you are focused on selling. • Provide online demos and presentations to prospects/customers. • Maintain contact with an assigned list of customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and identifying cross-sell opportunities for TrustArc's solution portfolio. • Responsible for forecasting and activity updates and managing your business in Salesforce. • Meet and exceed quarterly quota objectives, monthly targets, prospecting activity, and pipeline goals.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of quota carrying, direct B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS solutions • Experience with selling & managing complex, consultative value-driven engagements • Communicate effectively across all levels (C, VP, Dir, Mgr, etc..) and key decision makers • Track record of negotiating, structuring and executing complex agreements • Consistent quota overachievement via strong customer retention rates and driving growth with upsell/cross-sell pipeline development • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
