📋 Description

• Demonstrate deep understanding of healthcare and business trends. • Know employers and benefits consultants, and what they value. • Articulate the clinical story of Lilly medications. • Serve as the clinical expert to consultants, employers, and key decision makers. • Develop and maintain relationships with accounts to ensure success. • Represent Lilly at trade and customer meetings. • Develop strategic account plans to enhance relationships. • Proactively engage with key account influencers to address needs. • Conduct regular business reviews and derive actionable insights. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for alignment in strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree. • Minimum 5 years of experience working with or within the healthcare ecosystem related to employer benefits. • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
