📋 Description
• The North Americas (NAM) IT Leader is responsible for managing positive business relationships and ensuring effective operations of the IT department in support of GE Vernova’s Power Conversion & Storage business objectives. • The role will directly manage local services including end user, IT infrastructure services, export control (EC) local applications and project management for both internal IT and external customer products. • The role will also partner with the broader Power Conversion & Storage's IT global organization for delivery of services related to military requirements and the continuous improvement of the applications that support business operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Existing DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one. • Degree in the field of computer science or related discipline • 10 years of experience working in IT Infrastructure area • 5 years of experience managing projects or operations for companies that delivered Products or services for Defense clients. • In-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and specific government requirements for IT security in Defence IT environments • Familiarity with US and other Defence organisations’ security requirements and accreditation processes is a must.
