Description

• The Trustly Americas team combines PayWithMyBank and Trustly AB of Sweden. • Leading Open Banking Payments, connects merchants and consumers better. • Team represents 30 nationalities, serving 9,000 merchants and 650 million consumers. • Seeking Director of Product Management - Retail to define product strategy. • Shaping vision for new consumer payment initiatives, solving challenges innovatively.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, driving products in consumer fintech or payments. • Strong knowledge of the payment ecosystems, working with issuer processors, sponsor banks, and networks. • Demonstrated ability to balance product economics and align costs with business objectives while delivering exceptional customer value. • Proven track record of launching 0-1 financial products. • Expertise in consumer psychology and behavioral science, with a data-driven approach to product discovery and validation. • Strong grasp of mobile technologies and backend architecture. A degree in Computer Science or similar is a plus. • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders. • Ability to create and track product metrics and use them to drive hypothesis-based experimentation and continuous product improvement. • Comfortable working in a highly regulated space and balancing innovation with compliance and security.
