📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Seeking an experienced and versatile Chief of Staff to support leadership team. • Streamlining operations, driving efficiency, and enabling strategic growth. • Act as a trusted advisor, project manager, and key point of contact across teams. • Focus on operational execution, lead generation, content creation, and project management. • Core tasks include scraping leads, building outbound email infrastructure, managing social media content, and monitoring social media trends. • Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through outreach.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience as a Chief of Staff, Ops Analyst or EA for a Chief Executive • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • 1+ years experience with project management-related tasks and tools • Intermediate skills with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) • Strong organizational and planning skills • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize • Background with Notion and Monday.com (or similar tools) for project management • Ability to work EST. • History of collegiate-level athletics, or strong passion for athletics (Nice-to-Haves) • Background as a sales rep / BDR (Nice-to-Haves) • Event planning experience (organizing corporate events, conferences, workshops, etc) (Nice-to-Haves)
