Description

• Actively recruiting a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst • Support business development efforts by analyzing pricing strategies • Conduct market research with Business Development and Price-to-Win teams • Develop pricing models to optimize profitability in defense and aerospace industry • Review RFPs/RFQs, develop labor categories and rates • Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements, market trends • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies • Lead and participate in proposal kick-off and status meetings • Create supportable Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Cost/Price Volumes • Analyze historical pricing data and performance metrics • Develop and maintain pricing models to support decision-making • Prepare and present pricing proposals to internal stakeholders and customers • Monitor and evaluate pricing trends, market dynamics • Support contract negotiations and pricing discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business • Finance/Accounting, or related field • At least 8+ years of experience in Defense Industry • Experience in government contract financials and Defense industry • Understanding of DCAA/DCMA requirements and compliance regulations • Excellent communication skills • Ability to effectively present financial data to various stakeholders • Experience with multiple contract types (CP, FFP, T&M, etc.) • Initiative to meet critical deadlines without reminders • Demonstrated advanced use of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to collaborate in a team environment for complex problem solving • Must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance
