Description
• Responsible for growing the consumer business through customer relationships and revenue growth. • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction. • Maintain knowledge of Uniworld products and policies.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of travel industry or Call Center experience in a sales capacity. • Strong customer service and sales skills. • Manage multiple projects and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Strong oral and written communication skills.
Benefits
