📋 Description

• Manage client relationships and oversee execution of patient recruitment campaigns. • Support development of strategic recruitment programs and deliverables. • Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement. • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts. • Ensure recruitment strategies address diversity and inclusion needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 2-3 years of communications experience, preferably in an agency setting, healthcare and/or patient recruitment experience preferred. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Interest in client services and project management. • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple deliverables. • Working knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. • A passion for creativity and a thirst for knowledge. • An empathetic approach and experience in working effectively in a team.
