📋 Description
• At TTEC Digital, we coach clients to ensure their employees feel valued, and fully supported, because an amazing customer experience is an employee first process. • The TTEC Digital AWS Practice is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team. This is a remote role based in North America. • We currently have a need to hire an experienced AWS Presales/Solutions Architect to help develop leads and build partner relationships in support of our business development efforts. Your knowledge and experience in the Cloud contact center, intelligent automation, digital channels, journey orchestration, voice self-service and conversational Bot solutions space will be the key for success. We offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and quarterly upside earning potential.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years proven track record in presales experience designing complex AWS Cloud solutions • 7+ years of experience in information technology • Ability to think critically and logically articulate technical recommendations into customer business value – both verbally and through compelling presentations and proposals • Ability to travel up to 30%
