📋 Description

• Support the standardization of design within TTEC’s Learning Solutions practice • Collaborate with client project managers to assign necessary resources for analysis, timeline, and ramp plan • Collaborate with clients regarding training and knowledge base resources and processes • Serve as liaison with Learning Solutions team, ensuring communication related to project milestones • Manage a multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed team of designers • Ensure alignment with TTEC and client processes, tools, and templates while maintaining high standards • Build strong partnerships, identifying risks, and positioning learning solutions • Oversee planning, resourcing, and execution of learning initiatives • Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution • Implement cutting-edge learning strategies to support operational goals and performance metrics • Develop and track key metrics, analyze learning effectiveness, and report insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Cognitive Science, IT, or related field • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, learning design tools, audio/video editing, graphic design, and prototyping tools • Experience with game-based learning, JavaScript, 3D software, VR/AR, AI-based adaptive learning systems is a plus • Strong skills in focus groups, usability sessions, SME interviews, and learning data analysis to measure training impact • Experience with Agile/Scrum, task management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Trello, Monday, MS Project), and productivity software • High level of creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in designing engaging learning experiences • Strong people management skills, ability to foster online learning communities, and experience with social media tools • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, technical writing abilities, and a willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
