• Be the spark that brightens days and ignite your career with TTEC’s award-winning employment experience • You’ll serve a critical role in the business, understanding customer needs and interpreting them into training and resources • The training delivered has a direct impact on productivity and services delivered to clients worldwide • Report to the Learning Experience Designer Manager • Responsible for design, development, delivery, management, and measurement of a client knowledge base and/or training curriculum • Use latest technology to ensure contact center associates can deliver the best experience to their customers • Optimize and manage the knowledge base • Develop and implement strategies to enhance knowledge management • Create engaging e-learning, instructor-led, and blended training programs • Conduct focus groups, SME interviews, usability sessions, and assessments • Track performance metrics, generate reports, and apply insights to enhance training effectiveness and learner outcomes • Oversee content quality control, governance, and improvement within the knowledge base and LMS • Work closely with SMEs, project managers, training teams, and instructional designers
• At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing e-learning • Leveraging Articulate Storyline or similar tools • Applying Adult Learning Theory • Implementing knowledge management strategies to ensure accessible and well-structured content • Strong technical writing skills to develop clear, concise, and effective learning materials • Skilled in Microsoft Office (advanced PowerPoint, basic Excel) • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP) and learning technology apps for rapid design • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, time-critical environment • Familiarity with task management tools • Experience in learning data analysis to assess behavioral and business impact of training programs • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Technical writing, and presentation/facilitation abilities • Proven ability to work in diverse teams, foster a teamwork-driven environment • Strong eye for detail, adherence to processes, and a passion for refining instructional content to enhance learning experiences • Availability to work during US time zones
