📋 Description
• Responsible for strategic and day-to-day recruitment marketing activities • Analyzing the market and target demographics for the site • Creating a sourcing plan and designing employee referral programs • Organizing job fairs and community outreach events • Investigating new sourcing channels • Adapting sourcing plans to meet changing client requirements • Assisting in general and administrative (G&A) sourcing as needed • Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Attraction
🎯 Requirements
• At least 6 months of marketing or volume recruiting experience • Bachelor’s degree • Creative and innovative sourcing ideas • Proficient in Microsoft Office • High speed internet and a quiet workspace
