📋 Description
• Turing is searching for an experienced Strategy Operations Lead to join our Delivery team. • This is a high-impact role that focuses on driving critical initiatives end to end from concept to strategy, execution, and scale-up. • The role involves significant cross-functional leadership to drive an initiative and move metrics – working closely with diverse functions such as GTM, product, engineering, data science, operations and finance.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of total experience across operating at a high-growth startup (preferably at the intersection of technology and operations) and 2+ years in management consulting • Must have 2 years of experience at management consulting firms • Experience in planning, leading & driving end-to-end initiatives as the DRI • Experience with basic data analytics - SQL, Python, Excel • Preferably have experience working with one or more of the following functions - Stratops, Bizops, General management, Product Operations • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (in business administration, engineering, finance, or economics-related fields) • MBA preferred
