📋 Description

• Be part of GE Vernova's vision to electrify the world and drive a sustainable energy future. • Responsible for driving operational excellence and implementing process standardization. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Lean principles. • Develop and oversee comprehensive demand planning processes. • Partner with vendors to expand capabilities and manage demand fluctuations. • Work with the BI/Reporting team on critical systems and tools development. • Champion innovative solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. • Lead the rollout of standardized roles and operating procedures. • Ensure financial considerations are integrated into decision-making. • Foster a high-performance culture through talent management initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in service delivery or operational leadership roles. • Familiarity with professional software service organization, systems, and stakeholder network. • Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving operational excellence in a matrixed organization. • Strong understanding of lean principles and their application in service delivery environments. • Preferred: PMP certification. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams across global regions. • Advanced knowledge of financial processes, including project control, reporting, budgeting, and risk management frameworks. • Experience in leading transformation initiatives to drive continuous improvement in organizational and system performances.
