• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • 5-10 years’ experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, various programmatic vendors and other relevant ad and call tracking platforms • Experience with managing a team, including entry level to management level employees • Proven competence with digital marketing channel strategy and implementation, as well as data-driven insights and recommendations • High-level expertise on tracking tags implementation and troubleshooting • Experience working with healthcare clients
