📋 Description

• Manage a team focused on developing the ABM strategy • Create a strategy to execute data-driven, multi-channel digital ABM campaigns • Own end-to-end ABM campaign execution and performance analysis • Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Ops using data for account selection • Advocate for ABM across the organization and communicate strategies • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and build strong relationships • Analyze program performance for optimization • Develop scalable processes and enable the team on new tools • Help define ABM budget needs and manage accordingly

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years developing and executing strategic ABM programs (both digital and white glove) • Deep understanding of ABM technologies, tactics, metrics and measurements • History of developing exceptional relationships with sales, ops, marketing peers and other cross-functional teams • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated experience working with and organizing across key functions • Hands-on experience owning ABM technologies and partners • Strong campaign and project management skills • A champion for fostering a culture of trust through feedback, communication, and transparency • Experience managing a high-performing team • Previous Sales and/or ABM experience working in solutions sales organizations
