• Provide legal advice on regulatory aspects to senior leadership. • Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and industry standards. • Respond to legal requests and summarize regulatory requirements. • Collaborate on regulatory engagement strategy. • Lead internal and external regulatory meetings. • Advise on regulatory reporting requirements. • Manage responses to regulatory communications and inquiries. • Champion informed risk-taking and innovation in regulatory issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of post-qualification legal experience in telecommunications law. • Qualified US Attorney. • In-house, government or law firm experience advising in the telecommunications industry on compliance strategies. • Deep understanding and experience of telecom law practice. • Experience developing programs that ensure products comply with laws and industry standards. • Experience managing projects and partnering effectively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment under tight deadlines.
