Description
• Lead the global HR Technology team delivering innovative solutions at Twilio. • Collaborate with the People team for digital transformation and automation. • Drive strategic initiatives and ensure efficient team operations. • Oversee HR systems management and optimization for excellent employee experience. • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Requirements
• Proven experience (8+ years) in HR technology leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and other Talent platforms. • Ability to lead a global, matrixed organization. • Experience establishing HR Tech processes and infrastructure in a high-growth organization, preferably in a high-tech industry. • Strong analytical skills, business and financial acumen. • Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentation skills.
