Requirements

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. •Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing engineering teams. Proven track record of successful data integration projects. •Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor engineering teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. •Experience collaborating closely with external partners to work through negotiating integrations, partner needs, etc., in close coordination with partner success. •Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. •Project Management: Strong project management skills, well-versed in agile methodologies with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Data Integration Skills: Expertise in data processing and transformation, API development, strong database knowledge and experience working with cloud databases like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.. •Technical Skills: Experience building and deploying services in the cloud using Kubernetes, Lambdas, etc. Strong programming skills in at least one language like Java, Python, etc. •Nice to have: Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and integrations with PBMs (e.g. CVS Caremark, OptumRx) are highly desirable. •This remote opportunity is available to US based persons.
