β€’ Attain quarterly and annual revenue targets established from annual commission plans. β€’ Deliver accurate and timely forecasts for their territory. β€’ Develop and manage key relationships with new and existing customers at multiple organizational levels. β€’ Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans for their region as necessary. β€’ Develop and execute supply agreements to support new and existing business. β€’ Work collaboratively with product management, R&D and operations to minimize time to revenue. β€’ Maintain CRM database with up to date information β€’ Represent the company at relevant tradeshows. β€’ Maintain and raise awareness of the competitive landscape, provide customer feedback and introduce new product ideas to internal partners. β€’ Additional duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of delivering financial targets on a quarterly and annual basis β€’ 3-5 years of experience of selling life science reagents and solutions. Experience selling Synthetic Biology products essential. β€’ Demonstrated technical knowledge of Synthetic Biology applications a necessity. β€’ A background in technical sales and support or field applications is preferred. β€’ Application of Salesforce.com is preferred.
