📋 Description

• Two Chairs is building a new kind of mental health system. • We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented People Operations professional to join the Two Chairs People Team. • You'll play an essential role in shaping our workplace culture, managing sensitive employee data, and driving engagement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong background in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and process optimization. • A proven ability to develop and implement scalable HR processes, improving efficiency and employee experience. • Expertise in HR systems, including HRIS (Rippling experience preferred), ticketing systems (Jira or Zendesk), and other people tools, with a strong focus on optimization, automation, and data integrity. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally to align HR operations with business needs. • A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities. • A passion for employee engagement and experience, with a track record of developing and improving initiatives that foster a positive and connected workplace culture.
