• At Two Six Technologies, we build, deploy, and implement innovative products that solve the world’s most complex challenges today. • This position will be a mix of onsite in Europe and remote, supporting US government Information Advantage Objectives Regionally. • The ideal candidate for the Pulse Operations Analyst will provide expert advice on the employment of the Pulse platform in support of analysis and operations. • The candidate should be intimately familiar with data analysis, data visualizations, familiar with USSOF and/or Information Operations, and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Comprehensive Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of the information environment using Pulse's capabilities in data collection, data discovery, and advanced analysis to support ongoing operations and exercises. • Data Collection and Annotation: Utilize advanced data collection techniques from diverse sources, including social media, traditional media, and the deep and dark web, followed by data annotation and enrichment. • Real-Time and Historical Data Analysis: Compile and analyze real-time and historical data to create comprehensive situational awareness, aiding decision-making processes. • Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP): Apply MOE and MOP frameworks to assess the impact and efficiency of information operations (IO) activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Interfacing with Key Stakeholders: Collaborate across various equities within the command to ensure cohesive and comprehensive information operations. • Enabling Customers: Use Pulse’s PAI monitoring and delivery capabilities to train customers to employ the same tools, techniques, and tactics to achieve mission objectives. • Business Development: Promote Two Six Technologies and our products and services to the customer and explore expansion of opportunities with EUCOM, AFRICOM, and adjacent customers.
• 5 years’ experience in data, operations, and/or intelligence analysis. • At least one year experience with data and analytic tools and techniques. • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. • Superior verbal and written communication skills. • Experience presenting information and assessments to senior military officers and/or their civilian equivalents. • Experience handling and safeguarding sensitive and classified information and materials. • A willingness to learn and utilize new technology and tools. • Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools and data expertise with a strong understanding of how to leverage publicly available information (PAI) for strategic analysis. • Experience in military operations, with a special operations background being a significant plus. • Familiarity with government networks like NIPRNet and SIPRNet, with JWICS experience being an added advantage.
