â˘You will be handling all communications with our customers to provide them with excellent support. â˘The position requires occasional travel to meet with customers and attend trade shows. â˘Training will be provided on how to use the program. â˘Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions over email, tickets, and phone. â˘Provide a professional and pleasant ordering experience for customers. â˘Coordinate efforts with other teams and teammates to resolve issues quickly. â˘Assist in improving the quality of the software by examining new features and providing feedback.
â˘Solid verbal and written communication skills. â˘Ability to speak with confidence and energy over the phone â˘Excellent virtual presentation skills â˘Proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Docs â˘Telephone skills fielding calls and requests from customers â˘Ability to type 50 WPM + â˘Good organization skills â˘Ability to work both independently (with direction) and with a team â˘Bachelor's degree preferred
