📋 Description
• We are seeking a Director of Distribution to drive growth and expand our presence in Texas (Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio). • This is a newly created role dedicated to building strong traction in the state by developing strategic relationships with standard and non-standard independent agents and supporting our overall growth initiatives. • This position offers a remote work arrangement, allowing the ideal candidate to work from their preferred location within the Southeast region.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, communications, marketing, finance or related field Preferred, but not required • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance 220 license preferred but not required. • 5+ years of P&C insurance experience with a focus on auto distribution. • Established relationships with Texas non-standard agents and strong market insight. • Tech-savvy, innovative, and comfortable leveraging data analytics tools like Salesforce & Tableau. • Strong operational and sales acumen with experience in commissions, overrides, and growth strategies. • Ability to travel within Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio) and as needed.
