Description

• Job Title: New Business Development Manager • Location: UK – Remote with regular travel • The Company: Our client is an innovative, forward-thinking business with over 40 years of experience in delivering industry-leading cleaning and hygiene solutions across the UK. • Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal marketing and lead generation teams to develop and convert new customer opportunities. • Identify and pursue new markets, customers, and products. • Engage in cold calling, contract negotiations, and client presentations. • Develop tailored business proposals and manage the full sales cycle, from pitching to contract implementation. • Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay on top of market trends and establish valuable relationships. • Achieve and exceed new business targets, while maintaining strong product knowledge and market insight. • Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and sales management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery. • Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market trends to influence business strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, ideally in a B2B setting. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Results-driven with the ability to meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for developing new business opportunities. • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events
