Our Company: We’re on a mission to re-invent the fundamentals of e-commerce. As a reseller, with more than 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, we’re expanding into new categories and market places, aiming to make it possible to buy and sell anything, anywhere. • Your Role: Product Owner: The Product Owner is accountable for company-wide operational processes: documenting, mapping, and automating to improve, streamline and innovate. They will form close cross-functional relationships with various departments (including Operations, Research, Commercial, Finance, and Tech) forming a crucial bridge between operational processes and technology. • Your Role's Impact: The Product Owner deeply understands what’s happening in their stakeholders’ teams, from root problems to their symptoms. They provide clarity, improvements and initiative to operational processes, enabling each department to run at its best. • Responsibilities: Building cross-functional relationships across the company to understand, identify, update and improve process automation • Create detailed process documentation and visual process maps to provide clarity and direction for automation • Take ownership of the process automation project, from conception to implementation as well as monitoring the success of the project and identifying further areas for optimisation • Develop and manage a roadmap for process automation initiatives, setting clear priorities and milestones • Work closely with the tech project manager to ensure timely and successful delivery of automation objectives • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization, bringing knowledge of industry trends to and inspiring innovation in the team
Experience in project management and product ownership, with a track record of delivering successful automation projects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Strong understanding of operational processes in sales, purchasing, commercial, finance, and tech functions • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Clickup) • Curios and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Not required but advantageous: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay • Knowledge of automation technologies and tools (e.g., RPA, AI, ML) is advantageous
