Description

• Be a hero for our rare disease patients • National Director US Field Medical will lead and manage a team of US IEM Medical Science Liaisons • Requires coaching, high scientific acumen, strategic planning, and team management • Develop strong cross functional partnerships and drive execution of the Field Medical plan

Requirements

• Advanced clinical/science degree required (e.g. PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent) • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) • 5 years of combined MSL and other relevant experience • At least 2 years of managerial experience leading and supervising MSLs or clinical teams • Experience launching an investigational therapy in the United States • Prior experience in rare disease is preferred • Knowledge and experience in interpreting and adhering to FDA regulations • Demonstrated proficiency in written, verbal, and face to face communications • Strong coaching and leadership skills • Excellent interpersonal and partnering skills • Strategic thinker • Demonstrates project management skills • Makes effective business decisions
