Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. • At least five (5) years of experience in instructional design and L&D program development, with a focus on healthcare-related training. • Proven ability to create and execute training strategies that deliver measurable results in a healthcare environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate). • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
