• 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, retention marketing, CRM, or customer strategy. 3+ years of experience managing teams. • Deep understanding of retention, general marketing, and automation tools such as Braze and Optimove. • Experience in segmentation and persona development to drive personalized marketing strategies. • Data-driven decision maker with a strong focus on analyzing and improving company performance. • Ability to lead complex projects and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment. • Passionate about lifecycle marketing and building innovative loyalty programs to boost customer engagement and retention. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
