Description

• Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and high performing environment • Bring unique partnership opportunities to the table, staying ahead of industry trends and market dynamics • Develop and execute creative engagement strategies to maximize the impact and reach of partnerships • Conduct cold outreach to creators, agents, and agencies to identify and secure new partnership opportunities • Handle inbound leads and evaluate potential partnerships to align with company objectives • Lead negotiations for contracts and larger deals, ensuring favorable terms that drive value for both partners and the company • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a partnerships role, with a proven track record of successful partnership development and management • 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally • Ability to bring unique partnership ideas and engagement strategies • Proven success managing multiple partnerships accounts • Analytical and able to use data to drive decision making
