β€’ We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Key Account Manager. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of ZURU Toy's North American toy division through expert relationship management and strategic market expansion. β€’ ZURU is on a mission to disrupt across industries, challenge the status quo and catalyst change through radical innovation and automation advances. β€’ Founded in 2003 by EY Entrepreneur of the Year and World Entrepreneur Hall of Fame brothers Nick and Mat Mowbray, ZURU has quickly grown to a team of over 5000 direct and indirect members across more than 30 international locations. β€’ One of the largest toy companies in the world, globally recognised and award-winning brands include Bunch O Balloons, Mini Brands, XSHOT, Rainbocorns and Smashers.

Requirements

β€’ Toy Industry experience required β€’ Strong commercial & business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving β€’ Must demonstrate leadership ability and be able to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, while holding stakeholders accountable to deliver on business objectives β€’ Strong communication & influencing skills, with the ability to translate messages across a variety of internal and external stakeholders β€’ Please note: This is a full-time position based onsite in our ZURU office β€’ Please note: US work permit required β€’ Occasional weekend work and up to 50% travel required
