β€’ Manage key relationships with national and regional builders β€’ Maintain and improve builder relationships in cooperation with local sales teams β€’ Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs β€’ Maintain accurate client records and keep builders updated on contracts β€’ Develop an understanding of products to better upsell and cross-sell β€’ Work with local Territory Managers and customers to sell premium products β€’ Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships β€’ Evaluate and change contracts or bidding strategies to benefit builders β€’ Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress β€’ Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience β€’ Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in building products β€’ Ability to negotiate pricing with builders in multiple markets β€’ Project management skills β€’ Analytical, financial and data driven β€’ MS Office suite proficient β€’ Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β€’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
