Description

• The Director of Client Finance will oversee the day to day of Unlock’s marketing services client finance operations. • Partner with the client account teams providing guidance on contracting, proactive monitoring of client budgets, forecasting client revenue, and reporting on client profitability. • Responsible for generating aggregated reports and insights to understand trends in contribution margins and implications for Company health.

Requirements

• 7-10 years finance, client accounting, accounting experience, agency media experience preferred • Strong understanding of financial aspects of traditional and digital media campaigns • Deep understanding of the financial processes behind traditional and digital media campaigns, including budgeting, tracking, and profitability analysis • Experience working with SalesForce, Workfront, & NetSuite preferred • Understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus • CPA preferred, but not required • Skilled at translating data into analysis and action-oriented insight • Comfort driving accountability across non-reporting functions • Self-starter with ability to play effectively on a team • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and manage the work of others • Discernment to protect confidential information • Commitment to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
