Description

• Are you passionate about maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations? • Do you excel in managing servers, troubleshooting systems, and providing dependable support for users? • As a Systems Administrator, you’ll collaborate with IT teams and support users. • Manage and Maintain Server Infrastructure for both Windows and Linux environments. • Ensure System Security and Compliance through effective protocols and monitoring. • Support Virtualization and Cloud Services for optimal resource utilization. • Perform Backup and Disaster Recovery Operations to protect data integrity. • Provide Technical Support for End-Users and Systems. • Document System Configurations and Procedures for accurate records. • Monitor System Performance and Optimize Resources using monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Systems Administration and Server Management: Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Security Protocols and Compliance: Strong understanding of system security best practices, firewall management, antivirus, and access controls. • Virtualization and Cloud Services Knowledge: Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS, Azure) for efficient resource management. • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Familiarity with backup tools and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data protection and continuity. • Problem Solving and Technical Support: Excellent troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving system issues quickly and effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience in systems administration may be considered. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional) are advantageous. • 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure, with a proven track record of maintaining and optimizing server environments. • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) for tracking system health and performance. • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automating system tasks is beneficial.
