• 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • 5+ years of experience in the logistics or transportation industry. • Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment is required. • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with Fortune 500 companies, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain solutions. • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in using data to drive decisions and account strategies. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders. • Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain trends, including key challenges impacting enterprise clients. • Proven success in building and scaling account management teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
