UpGuard’s vision is to become a leader in the markets we play in (Cyber VRM, Attack Surface Management) by providing a best-in-class SaaS platform for organizations to manage their third-party risk and external attack surface. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with key audiences at premier industry events like RSA and BlackHat while driving deeper engagement through cutting-edge webinars and virtual experiences. • We’re looking for a leader who can seamlessly blend the physical and digital worlds to create immersive, impactful marketing experiences. This role isn’t just about managing events—it’s about architecting memorable moments that tell our story, partner with our sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and showcase our innovations. Requirements

• A Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in field marketing, with direct involvement in large industry events like RSA and BlackHat. Experience managing people, agencies, and vendors to produce exceptional experiences. Familiarity with cyber security or high-growth B2B SaaS is a bonus. • Multidisciplinary Expertise: A true full-stack marketer, comfortable across all aspects of field marketing—from field events and logistics to webinars and virtual experiences. • Incredible Project Management Skills: Experience running multiple, simultaneous marketing programs with flawless execution. You anticipate challenges and proactively solve them. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and translate high-level business objectives into effective field marketing strategies. • Creative Leadership: You’re not just organized—you’re a creative problem-solver who finds new ways to delight customers and drive impactful business outcomes.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience • $1500 USD annual Learning & Development allowance: to support your career development all team members will be able to expense development opportunities against this allowance (all regions) • Generous Annual Leave/PTO allowances: time to recharge your batteries (all regions) • 18 weeks paid Parental Leave: irrespective of parenting role (all regions) • Personal Leave allowance: this includes sick & carer’s leave (all regions) • Fully remote working environment: whilst we have physical offices in Sydney & Hobart, we do not mandate compulsory attendance (all regions) • Top-spec hardware: all team members will be provided with top-spec laptops for their role (all regions) • Personal device security & online privacy protection subsidy: UpGuard provides team members with a paid subscription to personal device security & online privacy protection platform (all regions) • Generative AI subsidy: UpGuard provides paid subscriptions for all team members to access generative AI tools to support their work (all regions)
