Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or Technology Platforms • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Experience in events, experiential, and field marketing with clear and significant business impact • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams, functions, and timezones • Comfortable driving strategy with senior leaders while executing in the trenches with the rest of the team • Proven track record in planning and executing successful events, from small-scale roundtables to large-scale conferences • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrates strong brand instincts, versatility, and point of view • A passion for IRL experiences and brand-building • A quick learner, self-motivated, ambitious and detailed-oriented • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in an incredibly fast-paced environment • Proficient in switching between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented work • Flexibility in being able to travel transcontinentally and work across time zones
