•As the Senior Website Marketing Manager, you will drive Wpromote’s online strategy and manage our website. •Focus on increasing website traffic, optimizing user journeys, and managing website content. •Liaison to the Wpromote Agency Marketing Account team, ensuring alignment of internal marketing efforts. •You will report to the Senior Director, Demand Generation based on the West Coast. •Building a better, inclusive work environment and support our people at every stage. •A Best Place to Work as per Ad Age and Glassdoor. •Join in on learning opportunities, fun events, and collaboration in person!

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field •5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website management, traffic growth, and conversion optimization •Strong experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO tools, A/B testing, and CRO strategies •Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing websites to achieve growth targets •Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams •Strong project management skills and attention to detail •Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
