• Uplift is a dynamic agency specializing in global talent search, covering EMEA, LATAM, USA, and APAC. • Our client is a forward-thinking agrochemical company specializing in the development, formulation, and global marketing of branded crop protection and plant nutrition products. • We are looking for an experienced Executive Vice President. This role will be remote.

Requirements

• University degree in Agriculture or related scientific subject, ideally complemented by a formal marketing or sales qualification. • MBA is a plus. • An approximate of 15 years of experience. • Strong personal relationships with buyers and senior management of significant US agricultural distributors and retailers. • Proven track record of achieving sales in most regions of US countries. • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategy. • Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes in the agriculture sector, ensuring products comply with local and international regulations. • A track record of driving innovation in product development, marketing strategies, and distribution approaches within the agricultural industry. • Proven experience in successfully managing organizational change and adapting to evolving market dynamics. • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels within the industry, including government agencies, industry associations, and research institutions.
