• Established network across distribution levels in agriculture or biotechnology industry focusing on AG input products, preferably Biostimulants, Biopesticides, and Specialty Fertilizers. • Success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets, preferably in agriculture or biotechnology. • Strong ability to develop new business opportunities and engage with customers. • Experience negotiating complex agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners. • Ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies aligning with organizational goals. • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate challenges under pressure. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • 10+ years' experience in agricultural or biological sales. • Fluency in German and English. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Agriculture, or related field. • Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices is a plus.
