Description

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and email to promote custom software solutions. • Create high-quality content, including newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, LinkedIn posts, speaking engagements (podcasts/conferences), etc. • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. • Enhance the client’s brand presence through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and thought leadership. • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI. • Collaborate with global marketing teams and sales teams to align strategies with business goals and market opportunities. • Act as both a hands-on marketer and a strategic leader, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. • Develop processes and frameworks for content-driven marketing plans. • Manage and coordinate with a diverse team, including marketing content creators, podcast opportunity sourcing, and CRM management.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience in the IT services industry. • Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns and creating content for LinkedIn and email. • Experience in leading marketing projects and managing a team, with the ability to balance strategic planning with execution. • Proficiency in English is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English). • Experience with marketing tools and technology such as CRM systems (Zoho, Hubspot), marketing automation software, ChatGPT, and analytics tools. • Comfort with a limited budget and understanding of metrics to measure and interpret marketing effectiveness. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Excited to work in an environment similar to a startup - you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment. • Extremely organized and self-sufficient with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements. • Bonus: Healthcare, Pharma, and medical device industry experience.
