• Upstart is a leading AI lending marketplace partnering with banks and credit unions to expand access to affordable credit. • The role focuses on reducing borrower wait time in the loan application process for Upstart’s personal loans product. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize customer and business outcomes. • Lead efforts to enhance internal operations tooling and borrower-facing user experiences.

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in a product management role focused on consumer growth or internal tooling, with demonstrated success leading a team to meet specific KPIs (e.g., conversion improvements, efficiency gains, revenue) • Strong experimentation skills, including hypothesis generation, A / B testing, and results analysis • Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, from C-level to individual contributors • Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
