Description

• Senior UX Designer - Web and Mobile Enterprise Applications • Location: USA (East Coast Hours) • Urbint uses AI and the latest industry science to identify threats to workers and infrastructure to stop safety incidents before they happen. • We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, effective, and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile enterprise applications. • You will work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions. • Conduct user research and discovery to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. • Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts. • Create a seamless and cohesive user experience by designing and refining user interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback and iterate on designs. • Conduct usability testing and analyze data to inform design decisions. • Design for UX best practices and consistency across all platforms. • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your design process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications for field workers. • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines. • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Benefits

• Estimated base salary for this role is $125,000 to $155,000 plus equity • Generous medical, dental, & vision insurance coverage up to 100% of insurance premiums for yourself and your family. • 401k company match, to help you better plan for retirement • Flexible PTO policy • Remote position, however the role is expected to work Eastern Time. • Competitive compensation and benefits packages
