📋 Description
• Maintains Human Resources and electronic employee personnel records through data entry and records management techniques. • Receives, reviews, and enters data into applicable Human Resources Information Systems in accordance with established procedures. • Keys alphanumeric information in prescribed formats for computer acceptability with speed and accuracy. • Verifies accuracy of data according to established procedures, verifications, and validation standards. • Investigates causes of discrepancies and correct data to ensure accuracy.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. • Bachelors Degree preferred. • One (1) year experience in data entry is required. • Comprehension of Human Resources processes. • Formal computer training or equivalent experience. • Proficient in relevant computer applications. • Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed. • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
