• Responsible for prospecting and signing healthcare equipment vendor programs (Business Development) • Maintaining and growing existing vendor relationships (Program Management) • Initiates and maintains relationships with numerous sources of equipment leasing and financing business • Cold calls and meets with healthcare vendor prospects to sell the company's value proposition • Negotiates program terms, and negotiates and signs vendor program agreements • Oversees the launch of these programs and manages them long-term • Conducts periodic program reviews, puts together financing promotions, uses creativity and salesmanship to expand market share within each program • Conducts phone calls with end-user customer prospects to discuss rates and terms, and to sell the benefits of leasing and/or financing • Occasionally gets involved in credit review discussions internally as well as end user documentation negotiations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience • Eight to ten years of leasing and sales experience • Expert leasing sales, relationship management, and new business development skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent presentation skills • Comfortable interacting with, and able to motivate, C-suite decision makers • A high performing self-starter, able to work effectively in a remote work environment • Knowledge of the lending market including the basics of credit underwriting and documentation • Familiarity with the healthcare equipment finance market a plus • Travel required (10%)
